"Diabolical"

Had finger cut off, told to come back for stiches for 3 days running. Sat in hospital now since 7.30am on the third day. it is now 2.30pm and we are being told not likely to be seen til 5pm (thats if they dont send me home again!)

We're really sorry that you've been having these problems - you should consider asking to speak with the duty matron as part of their role is to help sort things for patients. If you remain unhappy with care received, then we would welcome a complaint so that the matter can be investigated further for you.
