Awful treatment October hearing test showed ear drum flatlining but wanted to retest in 6 months to double checked I begged for sooner at reception she manged to get it January which when I attended ear drum still flat lining so they said I needed referral to ENT for specialist to look at my eAr drum what do u know still nothing even though I've called in to the hospital an phoned loads first they said they made a mistake an will re send referral an now they have no record an I'm expected to go back to my doctors an start process all over again may I add my ear is killing I've 3 children an MS to deal with and could do without this stress And pain I'm in. I've been before to Hereford Cheltenham Gloucester an droitwich hospitals an I've never been treated they way Worcester has treated me I'd advise anyone to re think using this hospital absolutely disgraceful!
