I had minor surgery on my knee at the Nottingham City hospital (short stay unit). My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 on a Monday morning. I received nothing but professional, kind and attentive treatment without delay. I found all staff I encountered an absolute pleasure. What could potentially be a stressful situation was made to be pleasant and stress-free simply due to the staff.
The ward was spotless and private.
