I have had only good and positive experiences with the hospital however, calling the hospital is another matter. Often when I've called it could ring for 20 minutes or I'll be holding for up to 40 minutes. A few times you get put through to the wrong department. I do not always have that amount of time free at work to sit on the end of a phone waiting. I have now decided calling the hospital is not the best way to contact them and will try the old fashioned letter method. I wonder how that will go.
