"So cold in the A and E"

About: Epsom Hospital

It was so cold in the waiting area in A and E. There was a terrible draft all around from the windows and I luckily was seen with 1 and a half hours but if I were to have even kept waiting longer I. Not sure what I would have done I was feeling very ill and feverish so the cold definitely did not help
