Car park 3 is patient /visitor unfriendly. There is no sign as to where the pay stations are,and when you find it ,it is out of order and you then have to trudge around till you find the other one.(hidden behind the White building). Considering they charge on par with an NCP car park it really is a disgrace that they get away with this really shoddy service. The solution is the same as with most car parks with signage "pay here".
