"Portable Phone on Ward 7888 Strikes Again"

About: Manor Hospital

I called yesterday the ward mobile phone battery was flat. I call again today I end up being transferred to a different ward. Then I get attitude off a member of staff. Dignity and respect - none at all. Professionalism - no, not from the member of staff in question, but the lady who answered on Ward 12 was very helpful. Professionalism from the switchboard operator trying to get me though - yes.
