from getting my appointment some months ago,until finally the pre-op,early start to arrive at the elective admissions lounge,that wasnt easy to find,there where 4 of us going to different parts of the hospital,from there onwards every one was helpfull and polite,to the room where I was given clothes to go to the theatre,firstly the anaesthetist and then i dont recall any more until I woke and all was done ok,finally to the ward and a greating from the nursing staff,did i need anything like a drink or painkillers i was asked,from there in everthing went perfect returned home two nights later
"very pleased,in all areas from cleaning staff to..."
