What I liked

The staff are to be credited for the excellent care they provide.

What could be improved

While visiting regularly and studying comments from questionaires the main issues people are concerned about is the staff shortage issue and how clean the hospital is. These are the issues that should be focused on and to improve these the government needs to take some action here.

There are plenty of nurses newly qualified or bank staff looking for jobs.

Anything else?

Darlington memorial hospital staff are incredible on the whole and should be credited for all the hard, long houred shifts they do.
