"Endoscopy & Gastroscopy"

Had both these procedures on 5 April and can't praise the staff enough. From the moment of admittance the staff did everything to put me at ease and were very pleasant. Whilst the procedures are not something you could enjoy, they weren't as bad as I had feared. This was in no small part due to the consultant and his team who at all times told me what was happening and responded to my concerns during the small moments of pain and discomfort that the procedures caused. Thank you for making a day I dreaded bearable.
