"very unhappy"

I was in Birmingham Treatment centre for my follow-up appointment with my ENT twice since February...and they have send me back home 2 times because my consultant wasn't there... they didn't call me to change appointment or cancel it... now I must wait another month for visit... I'm waiting with all this pain for few months and don't know how to handle it. they should really think about people, because thats why they are working in hospital...

I agree. We are about to introduce a changed system for our outpatient bookings that should help. In the meantime if you can send me your details we will see if the third time we can get it right. I am sorry. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
