"My Partner has been in here for about a week now"

My partner has been in here for a week now, she values the work they are doing and she is getting along a lot better now, the only problem I had was when she arranged to meet me she broke down crying about someone she was afraid of in Hull, I rang the centre and spoke to a staff nurse and he put the phone down on me when obviously this is a major part of her mental issues and had no interest in talking to me, they also gave her her phone to talk to the police and never took it back off her as she was not supposed to have that distraction but he was not interested in that either. A part from that one member of staff I believe that the service its self will have a positive outcome with my partner but I believe that she has not had long enough with the centre because her issues are very broad and 6 days is not a lot of time to hit and work on them all and these are deep seated issues that have been going on for over 2 years now.
