I am a Senior Doctor in the NHS and I telephoned Ward D5 this morning to enquire about my sister who was admitted there last night. My sister a vulnerable adult and I live over 100 miles away . The Ward Sister was rude and patronising to me on the 'phone and did not show any interest in my sister's case . I am disgusted and am concerned that my sister is in such a Ward with such an unhelpful and seemingly uncaring individual.....

Dear Anonymous I am really sorry that you've had such a poor experience of care and support at our hospital sites, and that you feel this has not been supportive of your sister's recovery.
