"An absolute disgrace!!"

My mothers neighbour called an ambulance for her today as she was experiencing horrendous chest pains. The ambulance took her to A&E and one member of staff proceeded to shout at my mother informing her she has wasted hospital time and wasted the ambulance that transported her to hospital which could have been used for someone else who actually needed it. She continued to shout at my mum telling her she should go to her GP and she should not go to them. I am making a complaint against this member of staff and will not stop until it reaches the top! They talk about members of the public respecting the doctors. Well how about a little respect back!! I am absolutely furious with the way they have treated my mother. The only good thing I have to say about the whole thing is that the lady on reception was lovely in giving me all of the details I require to make a complaint.
