About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Good service from the hospital, shame about the car parking – expensive, few spaces, frustrating ticket machines located in the wind and rain, dangerous for pedestrians.

Don’t mind paying to park but expect a better system than this.

My first referral was ‘lost’ – cost me 6 weeks extra wait.
