"Excellent service Sconce Ward"

My father was transferred from Kingsmill Hospital on 6th March. We didn't know at the time but he was to spend the last 2 weeks of his life on Sconce Ward. Our gratitude to all the staff for the care, consideration, kindness and respect they showed to him. He was always clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. His dignity was maintained at all times and we were involved in all the decisions concerning his care. At a time when there is so much negative press concerning the NHS, I cannot praise them highly enough for the positive experience we had at a time of very great need.
