About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I found it very useful to talk to someone who did not know me.

I think I would have overcome my depression problems on my own but appreciate the opportunity to talk.

I am on anti-depressants so partly feel that this has helped as much as time and the sessions.

Dear 'DF05',

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm glad that you found the sessions useful. You make a good point about being on anti-depressants as well as for some people it is a good idea to have a combination of treatments.

Best wishes for the future,

Lizzie
