About: Heartlands Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

My elderly mum was moved 3 times in 36 hours, once at 3am and another time I took mum to the cafe and on return the staff had emptied her locker and her belongings were packed on the bed without any prior knowledge.
