What I liked

The person who I was visiting was treated exceptionally. The paramedics were fantastic and quick. When my relative entered the hospital the nurses and doctors were efficient and included the family in the decisions informing us of changes. My relative was admitted to ward 7 where the staff were exceptional. Respect for our feelings was shown at all times, I would like to thank the 'person in charge' at that time as he was excellent. Although sadly the person passed on, after this time the nurses and doctors did all they could to comfort my family however respecting our wishes and giving us the space needed for grieving.

What could be improved

Nothing!
