"Maternity scanning dept, disgusted!"

I'd like to complain on behalf of my partner, we are very disgusted and appalled by the way we have been treated and showed no sort of care in anyway! My partner had a very bad experience with her last pregnancy. My partner is 6 weeks pregnant and having really bad pains and cramps and booked a gp appointment where her gp tried to get her a scan as soon as there was a slot available, We spoke to someone who had told my partner that she wouldn't be able to get a pre scan booked in (before the 9 weeks scan at JR) because her last pregnancy wasn't a miscarry! What?! So just because she didn't miscarry she can't get a scan to see why she is in so much pain?! After her last pregnancy and losing our child we were assured and promised that we would be taken care of in future pregnancies no matter what and not to hesitate to ask for whatever help we needed.... They obviously can't stick to their word! We are appalled by their lack of care, we will now deal with the JR even if it means travelling to Oxford when the Horton is literally next door!
