"ENT Clinic appointment "

About: Borders General Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I had an appointment on 5th March and I received a letter on the 6th to attend a further appointment on 17th March.

My next appointment was made for 11th June at 9am while I attended the clinic on 5th.

Meanwhile I tried phoning to confirm this with the ENT Clinic and all I got was music for 7 minutes, through pure frustration I put the phone down and phoned the next day with the same result. I received a call today asking for details, if I would be attending the appointment and at the end of the recorded message after saying "no" twice, I felt I that I was left with no alternative but to get help with this message to get the correct information across to you!
