"I am feeling so much better and want to keep on top of my drinking problem"

(as the patient),

To date I have found Oxford Corner excellent.

I was desperate when I first came here and couldn’t see a way out of my hell, but with the help of counsellors, I am feeling so much better.

I am still having one to one counselling and have just started group sessions and expect that this will be a lifelong battle, but with the pragmatic and useful advice and tips from the counselling, I want to keep on top of my drinking problem.

It is an invaluable service offered by the NHS and is a necessary one for people like me who don’t know who else to turn to.
