The parking system used a Queens is ridiculous. You have to kneel on the floor to see the qwery keypad and need a magnifying glass to see the keys. Then if you need to pay at the portacabin it's an alphabetical keypad. Who on earth designs these systems? I have had occasion to visit every day and the queues at all machines are often long with no help from anyone except other visitors!
