"No leadership"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

I was recently a patient at pilgrim hospital and I must say I am ashamed it is part of the NHS, this is not going to be a rant but a list 1. Medication not given at correct times 2. Patient looking after patient due to lack of staff. 3. 1 to 1 patients not being given 1 to 1 4. Lack of privacy 5. Only doing the bare essentials 6. Very few qualified staff Need I go on. To say the least I will be contacting directors of the trust and CQC
