Appointment on time.

Vascular nurse practitioner (Heather Griffiths) was kind, gentle, considerate and professional.

She listened astutely and explains everything in a calm, precise manner.

She made me feel relaxed and confident to explain how I felt.

Dear Blank780 It is wonderful to hear that the vascular nurse practitioner gave you such great care when you attended the Princess Royal Hospital.
