"c11 what a joke!!"

some of the nurses on this ward need to re think their career.. I felt that they had possibly been in the job too long lacked compassion and were judgmental. If ever you asked them to do anything or a question I was made to feel like I was asking them to climb mount Everest. The lack of information you are given is unbelievable.im so glad my mother is now at burnley hospital,where they actually treat you like a human being.and nothings to much bother. Being told on ward c11 you will have to wait to have help going to the toilet is a farce..
