Phone number advertised says Queen elizabeth on answerphone message befor you get Switchboard - Suggest change to Gateshead Hospitals - As i disconnected call and redialed as i thought i had a wrong number.

We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience when calling us. Our switchboard operators should answer the phone with Gateshead Hospitals, we've now sent out a reminder to them to ensure this is how they are answering the phone.
