"Not happy at all."

From my time as an inpatient at pebble lodge (over 2 months), I was very dissatisfied with the service I was provided with. I was not listened to, I was never involved in making decisions about my care despite the fact I was not on section. I found many members of staff, rude, deceitful, and quite frankly rather mean. I would never recommend living at pebble for any amount of time to anyone. I am very glad to be rid of Pebble Lodge

We are concerned at the experiences that you report in relation to the staff and it would be helpful to know more about this so that if necessary we can investigate and take appropriate action. We would also like to know how we could have involved you more in your care and ensured that you felt listened to. You can contact me directly or sometimes it’s easier to do this with the support of our Advocacy Service provided by Action for Children who can be contacted on 01202 525643, who are independent of the service at Pebble Lodge.
