As the department was under pressure being behind schedule, I did not mind that I was still waiting 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time, this cant be helped. What can be helped is, if staff are feeling bad tempered they should not ask patients why they are sitting where they are? The reason I was sitting in that particular place was I had been asked to wait there by the nurse who was dealing with me. Your staff training should include attitude and body language aspects. I cancelled my appointment there and then I am hoping to get another appointment elsware
