I am a regular outpatient at the Caludon Centre. I feel the psychiatrist really listens to me, and explains and recommends treatments appropriately. I have been able to get urgent appointments when necessary. I always feel I am treated with respect and like an individual. The main problem I face here is that my psychiatrist's secretary is really bad - appointment letters come through at the last minute, my address was not updated despite me telling them, etc. Other than this all staff have been great; friendly, polite and professional.
