Response from Worthing Hospital

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced with parking at our hospital. We appreciate that it is very frustrating to encounter such problems when you are attending for appointments. Our parking manager has been working very hard to improve arrangements for this clinic and has put in place a new process to try to address the problems that patients and relatives have been facing. We have also been working with the reception staff to try to ensure that this is working effectively. We hope that your experience in future will be much improved.
