"The waiting game"

About: Freeman Hospital

After waiting 8 months for a procedure and after much pushing and complaining for appointment,at last a date was given,my husband went in sat all day then told it had been cancelled,so now the waiting game continues, this system is totally unexceptable, why you just can't be told appointment is so many months or years away, you may not like it but at least you can try and get on with your life instead of playing the waiting game, after paying into a system for 46years losing your job threw this illness what else have people got to do,my question for my partner would have to be how many BUPA patients had there operations cancelled that day?,I would definitely recommend this hospital if you have private health insurance
