Everytime I have tried to phone nuerology outpatients (tenth call now) the recorded message tells me that due to volume of calls they cannot deal with my call and it goes on to say how the calls impact on other services within the trust. What an absolute disgrace. How ironic that they talk about phone calls impacting on other services yet they fail to recognise that its impacting on patients trying to call in.
