(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It was delivered very well. The instructor obviously had a lot of knowledge and experience of the subject matter. It was an informative session. It was interactive and enabled people to ask questions. There were plenty of visual displays e. g eatwell plate, food, fat content displays and information to take away and use. The instructor was friendly and approachable and it was overall a very good session and beneficial to all.
