2 3/4 hour wait - area 4 fracture outpatients clinic what a shambles only person(staff) interested in the plight of waiting patients for these prearranged appointments was a sister even PALS was not interested when it was brought to their attention - they refused to send down anyone to sort it or help in any way other than phone one of the nurses and where was the consultant again - no where to be seen - it was left to his juniors and put- upon nurses bring your lunch, drinks, good book,etc etc and medication because you will need them if you are a patient or carer help surely someone can sort this persistent problem
