What I liked The full information given on arrival for the operation.Sympathy and assurance given to an elderly patient.Today 14 oct,post-operative check-up.Efficeint and reassuring information on outcome of treatment, by Consultant and team. What could be improved? Quite honestly can-not think of needful improvements.I belong to a generation who appreciates the 1948 start of the National Health Service.
