I have recently had a stay in the wheal agar ward and was very surprised at the latest report you had about the ward. I had a totally different experience.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff who were kind and compassionate. I had every confidence in them and was happy for them to care for me the way they did. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and choices of it. My only concern was the lack of time the staff had to help patients who had difficulty with feeding.
Thank you to all the staff in that ward.
