"never again"

My partner was recently admitted to tolgus ward and upon her arrival she was left in a side room for a few hours with out bein checked up on. The staff were very unhelpful and very arrogant and when I did question what was happening the staff were trying to fob me off with different story's to what was going on even after pressing the buzzer for help as she was sick over her bed sheets it still took nearly 45 mins for them to come and clean the mess up which is very shocking. Also waiting nearly an hour for pain relief I promised my partner that she will not be going bk onto that ward ever again. Treliske sort your selves out and especially tolgus ward. As I have read a few other comments from other patients about certain staff there are some great staff on the ward which I shall not name for the sake of favroutism amongst staff.
