"my hernia opearation"

hello there I would like to say a special thanks to everyone who works in ward 25 and of cause the threatre I went to to have the operation and special the surgeon who did the operation on me. when I arrive to the ward I was made very welcome and the surgeon made me aware about the operation and got to my bed and nice and clean but very freshas well got into bed and the nurses doing they jobs as always they all look after me very well and made me very comforble in the ward and when I got sent down to the theatre the nurses made me very comfortable then but me to sleep and when I came out of the theatre and into the recovery room I wake up and I was in a lot of pain and the nurses really look after me indeed and they were talking to me all of the time and putting my mind at rest as well but like I said all of the staff who where in ward 25 and in the theatre and the surgeon were all brilliant in my view no big prombles at all a lot as been said about this hospital about its care and I have been looked after very very well indeed just think it taken just two months for me to get this operation which was very quick in my point of veiwi haven't got nothing wrong to say about this hospital full marks for them all in the way they cared for me I was out the following day still a bit sore and pain which you get in this sort of operation but I was very fine within 5 days which is so remarkable first time I have ever had a operation at all but I was a bit scared at first but come over very well once again all the staff in ward 25 where all lovely and caring towards you all of your stay that's there job at end of the day see what I mean I do give my full support to the hospital so once again thankyou very much for my operation I had in your hospital and to all the staff and nurses and most of all not to forget my surgeon who did the caring job to me and my body and health thankyou all very much keep on the good work stuart.
