What I liked

Some of the staff remembered me from my short hospital stay, greeted me with a smile, and were very friendly.

What could be improved

If a patient is in a lot of pain, the speed of investigations and referrals. A patient should not have to wait over a month before they see a different consultant because the root cause of pain is not easily identifiable to another doctor in a specific field of expertise.

Anything else?

I would like to know why gall bladder stones are not picked up on a C.T. scan at Hope Hospital but were easily identifiable on Ultrasound at Hope Hospital recently and at another hospital almost a year ago? This is my first question...
