What I liked

I have been a cancer patient at the RVI for the last 4 months and have been treated most professionally with such kindness and consideration by all the staff.I have had careful explanation of the procedures undertaken and gentle support while they have been given. We are very lucky to have such a good hospital here in the north east.

What could be improved

My only criticism of the RVI is the waiting time at the pharmacy.Waiting for hours for drugs when you are feeling poorly does not reflect the excellent care elsewhere in the hospital.
