About: Watford General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I am visiting my sister from the USA. Unfortunately my sister got ill and I accompanied her to the hospital where she was admitted and was there for five days.

Almost all of the nurses were good but the most outstanding was Ms. Marcia Graves. I was at the hospital during the entire visiting hours and noticed the way Marcia spoke and handled every patient. She is really an inspiration to me.

Marcia, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words and encouragement you gave my sister. You really makes this world a better place. May God continue to bless you with much health so that you can continue to heal the sick.

Thank you for letting us have feedback about your sister's recent admission to Watford Hospital.

I'm really sorry to hear she was unwell, but very pleased we were able to help and that you were so happy with the care we provided.

I have passed your feedback on to the team and I've asked the matron in charge to make sure Marcia gets to read your comments. I am sure she will be over the moon. I've also passed them on to our Chief Nurse (@JackieRNHS) as I know she will be very proud of what you had to say.
