My Mother is been a patient in Mary Ray ward in Kings there seems to be a shortage of nurses when ringing te bell you have to wait up to 20 minuets for attention after leaving patents on comodes and bed pans even when the staff have been told that Mum will try to stand which she cannot do unaided I had to find a nurse today 1st February because an poor old lady opposite Mum was left for over 30 minuets whats going on are you goinig to ignore this email ?

I am very sorry that you failed to receive an earlier acknowledgement of your posting on this website. As the experience that you describe occurred on a Saturday I hope that during the following days you were able to speak to a senior nurse about your concerns or to our PALS service. I will retrospectively inform the Matron of your comments.
