"Shocking lack of service and communication"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

I am very unhappy with the service at Darlington hospital . Nothing seems to get done if you visit there as a patient, the departments and staff do not seem to communicate with each other in respect of patient care and follow up seems to be missed or forgotten. I am sure there are some decent departments but follow up from A & E and acute care departments, in my opinion has do not provide good patient care.
