"Late night visit to Accident & Emergencies..."

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

I was brought in as an emergency, and dealt with within a reasonable time by helpful and communicative staff. (one person particularly was a reassuring blend of warmth and efficiency.) Although left alone for periods, there was someone to call upon for information. More proactive info on time scales of results of tests etc would have been helpful. Thank you.
