"Have I been forgotten?"

I went for an MRI scan in the middle of November and was told I would hear back within 3 weeks. Here we are almost in February and still nobody has spoken to me. Also, my appointment for the MRI in November was delayed by an hour and not one person communicated that to me while I was waiting. All in all, very poor. However all the staff I have actually spoken with have been great.
