I attended Good Hope A&E for the first time in many years this morning and I just wanted to write and say how impressed I was with the service that was provided by the Hospital.
The reception area was clean and tidy, the receptionists pleasant and helpful. The care was also excellent and very efficient. The Doctor that treated me was extremely friendly and really put my mind at rest.
I was then referred to x-ray and again the service was prompt, polite and friendly. I was lucky because I was able to see the Doctor who initially treated me for my results and she was really helpful and a credit to the NHS.
