"numerous problems at physio"

Well where do I start, numerous problems at physio ranging from having no transport booked on some days,then transport was booked on a couple of times on wrong dates. Have attended appointments only to be told I had rung up and cancelled it earlier, later found out my appointment was cancelled instead of another patients. Had an appointment booked on one occasion and on arrival was told there was no appointment for me with my physio for that date or time, I showed my appointment card which clearly showed there was and was then told the said physio had left the previous week as she had finished her training at Dewsbury.One one occasion my appointment time was little late { this wasn't a problem to me} and when saw physio staff for this appointment I was told that in future could I let then know I had arrived and go through the other doors as I was also sitting in the wrong seats.I explained that on my arrival I had rung the bell to inform them of my arrival and also because on the said doors it requests we do this if have medical implant { which I do} I had then spoke to a male member of physio stating my name, time of appointment and my physios name, I don't really no what else I could have said or done. I later found out the staff member I had spoken to had forgotten to tell them I was there so now were running late.I did have words on one occasion at the physio dept desk upstairs and was told that some of these problems were possibly because I hadn't reported upstairs first on arrival first, I explained I had never been asked to do so and she replied that only patients with hip or knee problems didn't have to, I explained I had recently had procedures on both at the same time which was why I was attending physio.Just after christmas I attended another appointment and was told that physio were writing to my gp as I needed a prescription to help my knee, having been in considerable pain recently I have rung my surgery only to discover that they have received a physio letter but has no mention of needing a prescription.Have today rung physio and voiced my opinion on my overall treatment again.
