Sat lunch time went to stafford with a possible broken wrist, this turned out to be far worse than that, as many bones were broken, there are many people I want to thank and let you know just how good your staff are, firstly everyone in A & E especially the doctor, and the nurse, she stayed with me throughout the attempts to pull the bones back into alignment, sadly this didn't work, but I couldn't have got through it without her ,then onto the surgical assessment ward, the brilliant staff on this ward that went that little bit further to make me as comfortable as they could, then onto the op, the anesthetist was concerned as my oxygen levels dropped significantly before the op, but again assured me I would be fine, the surgeon who rebuilt my hand, then onto the day ward where I was transferred to, nurses who had to put up with some awful verbal abuse from a young female patient in my ward, I felt so sad for them to be spoken to in this manner, but they kept very calm and handled the matter very well indeed. I just wanted to pick out these outstanding people that helped me,and to let you know that yor patents do really appreciate them, if you can let them know personally from me my thanks, I would appreciate this, I have had many stays in Stafford Hospital over many many years ,usually my chest and breathing problems, and have always had great care, this is just another one of my thankyou's to all at Stafford Hospital , thankyou for being there for me long may this be the case, Kindest regards Mrs Georgina Johnson I ,
"Amazing care ,well looked after high praise to..."
