I spent 3 nights in the Nuffield Newcastle Upon Tyne between 08 December 2012 and 11 December 2012 following an Oxford knee replacement covered under the NHS. I could not fault the service, care and attention I received from the meet and greet personnel to the nursing, medical, surgical and physiotherapy staff.
